Hebrews 11:1 Being Sure

Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see..Hebrews 11:1                                    Faith determines our relationship with God-how we deal with Him and how we see Him as the savior. Faith grabs hold of the truth in God's Word and is energized and inspired by His holy fire.God is the great objective of faith, for faith rests its whole weight on His word. Faith is not an aimless act of the soul, but a looking to God and trusting in His promises. Faith is not believing just anything. It is believing God,resting in Him and trusting His word.....So with that said I shall pray ;;;;;;;;Father God,it is my desire to be conscious of You all the time. Please increase my faith so that I will look to You and rest in Your promises...Amen.

Job 1:1 - 1:22

Job 1:1 In the land of Uz there lived a man whose name was Job. This man was blameless and upright; he feared God and shunned evil.
Job 1:2 He had seven sons and three daughters,
Job 1:3 and he owned seven thousand sheep, three thousand camels, five hundred yoke of oxen and five hundred donkeys, and had a large number of servants. He was the greatest man among all the people of the East.
Job 1:4 His sons used to take turns holding feasts in their homes, and they would invite their three sisters to eat and drink with them.
Job 1:5 When a period of feasting had run its course, Job would send and have them purified. Early in the morning he would sacrifice a burnt offering for each of them, thinking, "Perhaps my children have sinned and cursed God in their hearts." This was Job's regular custom.
Job 1:6 One day the angels came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan also came with them.
Job 1:7 The LORD said to Satan, "Where have you come from?" Satan answered the LORD, "From roaming through the earth and going back and forth in it."
Job 1:8 Then the LORD said to Satan, "Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil."
Job 1:9 "Does Job fear God for nothing?" Satan replied.
Job 1:10 "Have you not put a hedge around him and his household and everything he has? You have blessed the work of his hands, so that his flocks and herds are spread throughout the land.
Job 1:11 But stretch out your hand and strike everything he has, and he will surely curse you to your face."
Job 1:12 The LORD said to Satan, "Very well, then, everything he has is in your hands, but on the man himself do not lay a finger." Then Satan went out from the presence of the LORD.
Job 1:13 One day when Job's sons and daughters were feasting and drinking wine at the oldest brother's house,
Job 1:14 a messenger came to Job and said, "The oxen were plowing and the donkeys were grazing nearby,
Job 1:15 and the Sabeans attacked and carried them off. They put the servants to the sword, and I am the only one who has escaped to tell you!"
Job 1:16 While he was still speaking, another messenger came and said, "The fire of God fell from the sky and burned up the sheep and the servants, and I am the only one who has escaped to tell you!"
Job 1:17 While he was still speaking, another messenger came and said, "The Chaldeans formed three raiding parties and swept down on your camels and carried them off. They put the servants to the sword, and I am the only one who has escaped to tell you!"
Job 1:18 While he was still speaking, yet another messenger came and said, "Your sons and daughters were feasting and drinking wine at the oldest brother's house,
Job 1:19 when suddenly a mighty wind swept in from the desert and struck the four corners of the house. It collapsed on them and they are dead, and I am the only one who has escaped to tell you!"
Job 1:20 At this, Job got up and tore his robe and shaved his head. Then he fell to the ground in worship
Job 1:21 and said: "Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked I will depart. The LORD gave and the LORD has taken away; may the name of the LORD be praised."
Job 1:22 In all this, Job did not sin by charging God with wrongdoing.

Wholeness through Prayer Philippians 3:7

But whatever was to my profit I now consider loss for the sake of Christ...Philippians3:7                                     Prayer has to do with the whole being of a person. When a person prays,he does so with his whole nature. When he receives benefits in prayer,it involves his whole being. The largest results of praying come to him who gives himself-all of himself, all that belongs to himself-to God. This is the secret of full consecration and the sort of praying that produces the largest fruit.

Dear God

Things a sick person should know

1.         Mark 11:25-26

Friend, unforgiveness is one of the major hindrances that can hinder your healing. Listen to what
Jesus says in Mark 11:25-26.

“And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him and let it drop
(leave it, let it go), in order that your Father Who is in heaven may also forgive you your [own]
failings and shortcomings and let them drop. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in
heaven forgive your failings and shortcomings.”

2.        Psalms 118:17 “I shall not die, but live, And declare the works of Jehovah.”

3.        Isaiah 53:4-5 - Isaiah 53 talks of Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God. The Bible says…

“Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of
God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the
chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.”

Friend, Jesus hath borne your sicknesses and diseases and has carried your pains. He bore them and
carried them away to a distance. You don't have to bear what He bore for you. Refuse to bear what
He bore for you. Satan cannot put on you what Jesus bore for you. By His stripes you are healed and
made whole.

4.        Psalms 91:1-16 - Friend, this is a glorious psalm. Confess it, pray it.
“He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High  Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of Jehovah, He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in whom I trust.

For he will deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, And from the deadly pestilence.

He will cover thee with his pinions, And under his wings shalt thou take refuge: His truth is a shield
and a buckler.

Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night, Nor for the arrow that flieth by day;

For the pestilence that walketh in darkness, Nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.

A thousand shall fall at thy side, And ten thousand at thy right hand; But it shall not come nigh thee.

Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold, And see the reward of the wicked.

For thou, O Jehovah, art my refuge! Thou hast made the Most High thy habitation;

There shall no evil befall thee, Neither shall any plague come nigh thy tent.

For he will give his angels charge over thee, To keep thee in all thy ways.

They shall bear thee up in their hands, Lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.

Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: The young lion and the serpent shalt thou trample under foot.

Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he
hath known my name.

He shall call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble: I will deliver him, and
honor him.

With long life will I satisfy him, And show him my salvation.”

5.        Psalms 112:7  “He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: His heart is fixed, trusting in Jehovah.”

Reject fear, cast out fear and embrace faith. Let your heart remain fixed trusting in Jehovah.

6.        1 Peter 5:7  “Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.”

Friend, cast all your cares upon Jesus – He cares for you.

7.        Exodus 23:25  “And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy
water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.”

8.        1 Peter 2:24  “Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead
to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.”

9.        James 5:14-16  “Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them
pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the
sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual
fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”

Friend, call your pastor or elders from your church and let them anoint you with oil, pray for you in
the name of the Lord and honor the above scriptures and healing will come your way.

10.        Matthew 21:21  “Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith,
and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this
mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.”

The Divine Art of Preaching

They asked each other, "Were not our hearts burning within us while He talked with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us ?" Luke 24:32                                                                                                                    The preacher who has lost this anointing has lost the art of preaching....Whatever other talents or abilities he may have and retain-the art of sermon making, the art of eloquence, the art of great, clear thinking, the art of pleasing and audience-he has lost the divine art of preaching. This anointing makes God's truth powerful and interesting; it draws ,attracts, edifies, convicts and saves....This same anointing vitalizes God's revealed truth and makes it life-giving. Just like God's revealed                truth  and makes it life-giving. Just like God's truth spoken without this anointing is dead...                                                                                                                                                         With this said I shall pray ;;;God, I pray for Your anointing on my life today so that I, too,can bring Your message to other people in a powerful way.Amen.
